Can we meet before boarding or day camp?
All tours must be scheduled by appointment only. We require at least one day camp evaluation before your dog boards with us. We feel this session is essential for us to understand your pet’s personality and requirements. This also provides time for your dog to get to know us as well. What are your hours for drop off and pickups?
Monday – Friday 7am – 9:30am & 4:30pm – 7pm.
Saturday 8am – 12pm.
Sunday 2pm – 5pm.
Should I drop off in the morning or afternoon?
If your schedule permits, you should always drop your dog off early in the morning. This gives them the entire day to adjust to their surroundings before its time to go inside for the night.
How do I arrange picking up and dropping off my dog(s)?
We will collect your dog(s) from you at the front gate when you arrive at our facility. We will return your dog(s) safely to your vehicle when you are ready to pickup. If it is your first time visiting our facility, we will allow you and your dog(s) to briefly visit us in a private play yard for a quick meet and greet.
What should I bring for boarding?
- Food: When packing your pets food, remember to package each meal’s feeding in zip lock baggies. Please label with “pets name” and “am” or “pm” if the amounts differ from morning and evening feedings. Due to lack of additional storage space, we cannot accept large bags or containers of dog food for stays less then 6 days. It’s always a good idea to send a couple extra days in case of delays in pick up to flight cancellations, etc.
- Bedding: All of our rooms are equipped with raised pet beds and fresh fluffy blankets. Please do not bring any additional pet bedding but a small favorite toy is allowed for inside time. We also provide many different play and chew toys for your pet to choose from.
- Medications: Please provide any medications or vitamin supplements that your pet requires in a daily medical dispenser container. There is no additional charge for administration of necessary medications.
How many dogs are outside at any one time?
We have several differently sized play yards and may have up to 20 dogs in each play group. This is always based on size and personality. Dogs can also spend their time in a smaller private play yard if requested by you. This can be discussed during your tour or pet’s evaluation.
Is my puppy old enough to be in a play group?
If your puppy has had all of his/her vaccinations (normally the necessary vaccinations are complete when the puppy is 12 weeks) then your puppy is old enough to be in our play groups.
Can I spend time with my dog(s) in the play yards?
For both you and your dog’s safety, visits inside our facility will be very limited. Dogs often become anxious or over stimulated in the presence of their owners.
Should I bring my dog on or off lead?
Dogs must be handled on a leash at all times during drop off and pickup.
How much do you charge?
Our boarding prices are $50 per day. Discount is available for additional dogs at $40 per day providing they share the same room. Day camp for all dogs is $30 per day. Check our rates page for general pricing. We are happy to discuss rates for any additional requirements you might have. We are confident that you will find all of our rates very competitive.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not accept debit or credit card payments.
Do you offer after hours pickup and drop offs?
In short the answer is no. After hours exceptions are highly discouraged and must always be pre-approved. An additional fee of $100 will be applied for any after hours services.
What if i have to cancel?
If you have to cancel, please contact us by telephone or text message giving as much notice as possible.
Q: What do you do in case of an emergency?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you or the emergency contact you provided. If veterinary assistance is required, we will take your dog to your nominated vet or to the nearest possible one depending on the circumstances.
